Positive discipline is a method that is neither harsh nor indulgent. The biggest difference from other traditional discipline methods is that positive discipline does not humiliate children or embarrass us. It is based on mutual respect and cooperation. Integrate kindness and firmness, and then develop his abilities on the basis of the child's self-control. The cornerstone of positive discipline is kindness and firmness. Instead, encourage students to seek understanding of themselves and others.
When we establish a respectful relationship with our students, we find it easier to empower students through verification, inquiry, invitation and encouragement, affirmation, and respect. In good communication, there is a lot of listening, respect, curiosity, and empowerment.
